Hi! I’m Ainur Alpys, the founder of Wellbeing Solutions and a researcher at the University of Pennsylvania, specializing in the science of human flourishing. With an academic background in positive psychology and professional experience in risk management, strategy, and policy, I bridge research and real-world insight to help individuals and organizations flourish.
